Code of Conduct

Technology

At DIMUN XVII, delegates will be permitted to use their laptops or tablets for delivering their opening speeches. However, they will not be allowed to use their phones for the same.

During the process of lobbying and merging resolutions, delegates are expected to have access to Word or Google Docs in order to draft their resolutions while collaborating with others. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not permitted during the conference. Additionally, no participant at DIMUN XVII should be found gaming, or engaging in any unrelated social media/messaging apps. Such behaviour will result in further disciplinary action taken by the chairs and/or secretariat team.

Food Delivery

At DIMUN XVII we have a strict no food delivery policy. There will be snack breaks periodically, along with lunch for all participants and dinner depending on the ticket type. Once entering the Dulwich College Beijing campus, no delegate, chair or admin staff should have any food delivery arriving at any of the campus gates. Such behaviour will result in disciplinary action.
