Hello, Delegates!

My name is Seok Young Jung, a junior attending the International School of Tianjin. It is my utmost honor to serve you as the President of the World Health Assembly in DIMUN XVI. This iteration of DIMUN marks my 10th conference and 3rd as a chair, and I am especially excited to be in WHA again, for the 5th time, because it is my favorite committee.

Ever since joining MUN in 8th grade, I have experienced a great deal of anxiety before and during each conference. Yet, at the same time, I was able to build so much confidence in myself and in public speaking, and thus I wish to make this conference a growth opportunity for all delegates.

Please take this conference as a chance to step outside of your comfort zone while building meaningful connections!

See you all in February!
President
Seok Young Jung

Hello Delegates!
I am Jessica Chang, a freshman at Dulwich College Beijing, and I am honored to serve as your Deputy President for the World Health Assembly (WHA). I have been involved in Model United Nations (MUN) for the past three years, and MUN has now become a crucial part of my high school experience. This marks my first experience in a chairing role, and I am very pleased to have the opportunity to interact with all delegates.
This year, WHA will be discussing childhood obesity and disinformation related to medical information. I trust that all delegates will thrive in this committee, and I can’t wait to listen to all your amazing speeches, POIs, and amendments. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
See you there!
Deputy
President
